Caring Hands Foundation (CHF) is a Christian, faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dual-registered in the United States and Uganda. Driven by the love of Christ, we seek out and walk alongside individuals facing life’s heaviest burdens. Through our global administrative offices in Davenport, Iowa, and Kampala, Uganda, we deliver holistic spiritual, social, educational, medical, and economic relief directly to vulnerable communities.

Our Mission

To seek out and provide comprehensive spiritual, social, educational, medical, and economic support to all people struggling with life, restoring hope and dignity through Christ-centered action.

What Guides Our Work

  • Spiritual Discipleship: We share the Gospel and nurture lasting faith by sponsoring evangelical crusades, facilitating deep discipleship training, and planting local churches in communities seeking spiritual foundations.
  • Educational Empowerment: We believe every child deserves a future. We build and equip primary and secondary schools in remote Ugandan villages and supply lifetransforming educational grants and scholarships spanning from primary school to graduate levels.
  • Critical Medical Care: Our dedicated CHF medical team is stationed at Mulago Hospital in Kampala, providing immediate, hands-on clinical care to patients living in extreme poverty. To bridge the healthcare gap further, we organize and fund mobile medical camps that travel deep into isolated, rural regions.
  • Social & Economic Relief: We break cycles of poverty by creating targeted support systems that address the immediate physical and economic vulnerabilities of families in crisis.
