- Expansion of CHIMAMM medical services to other Kampala hospitals
- Pastoral Training sessions in Kasensero
- Mobile Medical Camp to Lingira Island
- Completion of Legal Requirements for tax exempt status for the shipments of overseas containers
- Bringing US Physicians to Mulago for short term missions
- Creation of a Family Practice Residency program at Mulago Hospital in conjunction with Des Moines University
- Constructing a facility in Davenport Iowa to store donations and rehabbing a property for the creation of a US office for CHIMAMM
- Securing funding for construction of our primary school in Kasensero
- Initiating a privately run CHIMAMM clinic in Uganda
